If you're planning on getting an iPod, get a Touch, that way you don't have to waste your money on an iPhone.

As previous poster have sadi.. get a touch.. Or even better get a touch and phone together- Iphone......

I mean paying extra 70 bucks but getting a phone at the same time thast a great deal.. And you can alwasy crack it yourself for use on T-Mobile etc.. or you can alwasy pay 20-40 bucks for some 1 to do it for ya

Not advertising that you should just another option that you might be looking at =)

I have an Itouch(1st gen), and I think it's really fun to have, but ever since I got my blackberry, it just seems like I use that more over my Itouch. Mainly because it has 3g, so I don't need to go to a wireless hotspot to go on the web, and it's a phone.

The only thing I wish my blackberry had was the ability to play movies on it, and an app store up to par with Apple's.

Anyway, if you don't have a blackberry then definitely get the Itouch. I believe the newer itouch has more features than mine.....*glares at Apple*.
